The Modor DR-2 is a digital drum synthesizer with a sequencer that is manufactured in Belgium. The futuristically designed instrument has a very unique sound and clearly stands out from analogue classics of the TR series or even a Machinedrum.

The purely digital sound generation is based on synthesis algorithms, of which 18 models are implemented. The sound spectrum ranges from dry TR-like sounds to crisp, minimalist percussion to solid hardcore and industrial drums.

The six tracks of the DR-2 can be filled with the synthesis models at will, it doesn't matter if a model is used multiple times with different settings. Special features like a reverse mode and parameter locks in the sequencer provide plenty of variety when programming.
